9. John BLYTH died between Aug 1726 and Jul 1727. He signed a Will on 3 Aug 1726. John was living in Boxted when he wrote his will. His Will was proved on 24 Jul 1727. 1709: From his fathers will John received a messuage, lands and tenements in Ramsey, together with £330.

He was married to Susan UNKNOWN. Susan UNKNOWN inherited land in Langham from her husband on 24 Jul 1727. The land was to be passed on to her son, Samuel, when he reached the age of 21. John BLYTH and Susan UNKNOWN had the following children:

39 iii. Mary BLYTH was born after 1706. She inherited £50 from her father on 24 Jul 1727. Mary was to receive the money when she reached 21. Mary was also to receive a quarter of the residue of her fathers estate.
40 iv. Susan BLYTH was born after 1706. She inherited £50 from her father on 24 Jul 1727. The £50 was to be paid when Susan reached the age of 21. Susan was also to receive a quarter of the residue of her fathers estate.
